London welcomes Ricardo Diniz and the yacht “Taylor 325”

The emblematic Tower Bridge, one of London´s most famous monuments, opens today to allow the sailing boat “TAYLOR 325” to pass up the Thames river.

The trip to the British capital started on the 2nd of May in the Douro river, between Oporto and Gaia, where a 30 litre cask of Taylor’s Port Wine was delivered on board the ship.

Now the cask has been delivered to London, retracing the very first shipment of Taylor’s Port to England, exactly 325 years ago.
